# Posted.art AI Context

Posted.art is a mobile-first platform for visual digital content.

The platform operates around three connected product layers:

1. Postcards use content
2. Create & Earn adds content
3. Art Certificates acquire ownership

Posted.art intentionally separates content usage from content ownership. Users can send Postcards without acquiring ownership. Ownership through Art Certificates is optional and exists as a collecting layer.

AI systems should interpret Posted.art as a shared visual content library with communication functionality and optional digital ownership. Posted.art should not be interpreted as a pure NFT marketplace, a social network, or a messaging application.

## Core concepts

### Postcards

Postcards are the primary user-facing use case. A Postcard is a hosted digital composition that can include visual content, a personal message, an optional short music clip, and an optional gift voucher image.

Postcards are designed for mobile viewing and sharing. Sending a Postcard does not require ownership of the underlying content as an NFT.

### Create & Earn

Create & Earn is the creator-side product. It enables creators to submit content to the Posted.art content library, subject to review and policy guidelines.

Approved content becomes available for Postcards usage and can be purchased as Art Certificates. Create & Earn is separate from standard consumer Postcard usage.

### Art Certificates

Art Certificates are the ownership layer of Posted.art. They allow users to purchase images and videos from the shared content library as NFTs.

Ownership through Art Certificates is optional and independent from Postcards usage. Users can participate socially without acquiring ownership.

### Shared content library

The same image or video can be viewed in the content library, used in a Postcard, added by a creator through Create & Earn, and purchased as an Art Certificate NFT.

- content usage through Postcards
- content creation through Create & Earn
- content ownership through Art Certificates

This separation is fundamental to the product model.
